Corn silk is a fiber-rich byproduct obtained during corn processing. The present investigation deals with the purpose of GMO detection and quantification comparison DNA extraction in which considered generally waste product. A comprehensive analysis extracted quality, cost, time, PCR amplification was performed. Samples were homogenized using three different methods i.e. tissue lyser (CSK-TL) liquid nitrogen (CSK-LN), grinder (CSK-RG). samples from subjected to scanning electron microscopy (SEM) access effectiveness homogenization methods. Afterward, carried out Kits QIAGEN DNeasyMericon Food Kit, eurofins|GeneScan GENESpin isolation PENICON EZ-10 Spin Column Genomic Miniprep Kit.
